Bake mania

Yesterday I made a Kladdkaka. Thats a Swedish chocolate cake that are amazing and so simple to do. Today I went over to a friend at her work and gave her some of the cake. She is Swedish and she loved it she wrote me on sms this evening. When we meet up we have a tendensy to just talk about sweets and cakes. She loves sweets, pastries and cakes just as much as I do but I love making them as well. So when I came home today I started to bake a little. Baking for me is therapy. I get calm and happy. Made chocolate sweets, Silvia cake and Oreo-muffins.

So this evening will finish off with a movie and a pastry coma…. Good evening everyone.
